🌿 Vegetable Cheese Paratha Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
For the Dough:

2 cups whole wheat flour

½ tsp salt

Water as needed (to knead)

1 tbsp oil (optional)
For the Stuffing:

1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, onion, corn, boiled potato, etc.), finely chopped or grated

1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

1 green chili (optional), finely chopped
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
½ tsp chili powder or paprika
-
½ tsp cumin seeds (optional)
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Other:

Ghee or butter for roasting

Prepare Dough:

Mix flour and salt, add water gradually, and knead into a soft dough.

Let it rest for 20–30 minutes, covered.

Make the Stuffing:

Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then sauté the vegetables with salt and spices until cooked.

Cool slightly, then mix in the grated cheese and chopped coriander.

Shape the Parathas:

Divide dough into balls. Roll out one ball into a small circle.

Place a portion of the stuffing in the center. Bring the edges together to seal.

Flatten gently and roll again into a 6–7 inch circle.

Cook the Parathas:

Heat a tawa or skillet on medium flame.

Cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or butter until golden brown and crisp.

With curd, pickle, or chutney.
